Olio ex. verg. d'Oliva Toscana IGP

Extra virgin Tuscan olive oil made with 70% Frantoio, 20% Moraiolo and 10% Leccino olives. The olives have been harvested by hand, manually sorted out and then pressed with millstones within 8 hours from the harvesting. The olive oil has been extracted by cold pressing method.
