Data controller
Tenute da Filicaja srl, Piazza Pitti 1, 50125 Florence, Italy, VAT no. IT06199660488. For any privacy request you can write to us using the form on the Contact page, mentioning “Privacy” in your message, or by post to our registered office.
What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us through the form on the Contact page: your name, email address and the text of your message. The site does not ask for or record any other personal data.
Like every website, the server hosting this site automatically records some technical data about visits (for example IP address, date and time, page requested), which is needed for the service to work and to keep it secure. This data is not used to identify visitors.
Why we use it
We use the data from the form only to reply to your request. The legal basis is your request itself (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR). We do not use the data for newsletters, advertising or profiling, and we do not pass it on to third parties.
Who processes it and for how long
Messages sent through the form reach our administration by email. The data is processed by the controller and by the technical providers of hosting and email, who act as data processors. We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, and in any case for no more than 24 months, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
At any time you can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, or the restriction of its processing, or object to its processing, by writing to us through the form on the Contact page or by post to our registered office. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies
This site does not use cookies, whether technical or profiling cookies, and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. Even the fonts are hosted on the site itself, so browsing it does not connect you to any third-party service. This is why there is no consent banner.
The “Buy” buttons and the links to social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) lead to external sites, such as vino.com, which have their own privacy and cookie policies that apply from the moment you visit them.
